According to the October 7, 2026 satellite imagery, we observed around 227 m² of what looks like sargassum off Hotel Kay, about 40 meters from the shore at Playa Fundadores. Sargassum appeared in front of Hotel Kay, absent in our previous observation, on Friday, October 2.
