According to the October 12, 2026 satellite imagery, we observed around 280 m² of what looks like sargassum off Grand Riviera Princess, about 250 meters from the shore at Playa Xcalacoco. Sargassum appeared in front of Grand Riviera Princess, absent in our previous observation, on Wednesday, October 7.
