According to the October 12, 2026 satellite imagery, we observed around 829 m² of what looks like sargassum off Dreams Vista Cancún, about 60 meters from the shore at Playa Del Niño. Sargassum appeared in front of Dreams Vista Cancún, absent in our previous observation, on Wednesday, October 7.
